This is a large rare natural Gemstone from the famous Bisbee Arizona "Lavender Pit" mine
This Turquoise is Natural and comes from the famous Bisbee mine in Arizona
The famous Bisbee Arizona "Lavender Pit" mine is known worldwide for its massive size and the host rock does have a natural Red/Brown in some cases "lavender" color; most Bisbee turquoise formed in and near this same host limestone material
The lavender name is so appropriate but is actually referencing a Phelps Dodge executive from when the mine was fully operational.
(the mine closed in the 1970's)
This Bisbee Blue Turquoise gem weighs approximately 46.45 carats
This gemstone is NOT stabilized or treated, only mined, backed, carved and polished
I cut this Bisbee gem from from a large nugget of breccia and turquoise
This example of Bisbee turquoise in the host breccia material that is common in the Bisbee mineralization. This breccia usually contains Limestone, quartz, calcite as well as other minerals and contains pockets or veins of turquoise.
This gemstone could have been cut into three or more smaller stones that I could have easily sold but the opportunity to get one big stone with several areas of top absolute gem quality Bisbee turquoise is rare. This gemstone has not been treated or stabilized in any way; this is been backed and cut and polished, it is truly a rare gem.

This Bisbee Turquoise weighs 46.45carats (Approx. 28 MM x 25 MM)
This bracelet weighs over 57 grams total. The top of the setting is Approximately 42 MM or just over 1 5/8" along the arm
The Bracelet measures 5 5/8" on the inside with a 1 1/4" gap.
